الصفات

1- صفة أولي

تصف اسم وتأتي قبله او بعد الفعل المساعد ودائما مفردة.

مثــــــــــال:

Tall – small – young

I am happy.

I bought new books.

2- صفة ثانية

مقـــــــــــارنة

Ali Is better than ahmed.

القاعدة:

· إذا وجدنا بالجملة than إذن هذا يدل علي انها صفة درجة ثانية بزيادة (er)

Ahmed is smaller than ali.

3- صفة ثالثة

تمميز شيء من عدة اشياء

القاعدة:

· إذا سبق الصفة the تدل علي انها صفة درجة ثالثة بزيادة (est).

This is the oldest man in the town

ملاحظـــة:

· إذا سبق الحرف الأخير في بعض الصفات حرف متحرك (a – I – o – e – u) نكرر الحرف الأخير مرتان.

مثــــــــال:

Fat --> fatter than --> the fattest

Hot --> hotter than --> the hottest

Big --> bigger than --> the biggest

Wet --> wetter than --> the wettest

Thin --> thinner than --> the thinnest

ملاحظـــــة:

· إذا انتهت الصفة بـ y نحولها إلي i.

مثـــــــــال:

Happy --> happier than --> the happiest

Busy --> busier than --> the busiest

Heavy --> heavier than --> the heaviest

Hungry --> hungrier than --> the hungriest

Thirsty --> thirstier than --> the thirstiest
